Bongard BSP
The reach-in blast freezer BSP is designed to blast chill and blast freeze the product before conservation mode. The blast freezing speed guarantees perfect product quality, thus avoiding a dull colour or drying out the dough. Available in various sizes, the BSP blast freezers are completely ready to deal with an increase in production.
