Sanko DoughMaster solves the problem of a tough overnight work and early-morning work. The independent control of two chambers enables you to achieve an effective production control. The DoughMaster has four functions- freezing, retarding, pre-fermenting and fermentation. Temperatures and humidity levels can be set precisely by utilising the 24-hour timer and weekly timer.

Ensure precise timing with the pairing of Sanko’s Compo Deck Oven Series and Dough Master. As DoughMaster operates to work final fermentation stage, it automatically sends a signal to the oven Compo to control its start of heating up to the designed baking temperature. Together, Compo and DoughMaster enable effective and efficient baking with minimum time loss.
