Icing texture can change from batch to batch. The COM 1000i solves this problem by automatically adjusting to the changing consistency of icings.
The Servo Control System allows you to quickly and easily finish the tops and sides of cakes with a pre-determined amount of icing. The Cake-O-Matic can also deposit batter and middle fill layers.
