The PB A is a hydraulic automatic butter and dough pressing machine that press dough and fats into blocks, ready to be rolled, thus reducing processing times.

Features:

  • Hydraulic machine, with one cylinder for pressing and one for opening the cover.
  • Control panel that allows adjustment of pressing time.
  • Can store up to 10 different programs and language can be changed according to the user’s needs.

 Work cycle

1. Insert product into the basin
2. Set the operating time (pressing)
3. Close the cover
4. The machine presses automatically
5. Automatic cover opening
6. Remove the block of dough formed
